St. Regis Residences

St. Regis Miami Residences is the newest ultra-luxury residential condo development on the horizon for the Brickell neighborhood of Miami Florida, otherwise known as Miami’s Financial District. The St. Regis Miami Residences will consist of 2, 48-story condo towers designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with interior designs by Rockwell Group, both highly-acclaimed architecture firms based in New York. Developed by the Related Group and Integra Investments, the St. Regis Miami Residences will be operated by the 5-star operator, St. Regis, known for its exquisite services and sophistication, but will NOT include a hotel component. Vita at Grove Isle

Vita at Grove Isle, formerly known as “The Markers Grove Isle,” is the newest residential masterpiece by Italian developer, Ugo Colombo, who is renowned for creating timeless luxury residential towers with quality hand-picked Italian finishes. Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami

The Waldorf Astoria is a hotel brand that needs no introduction as it has provided guests with a truly luxurious experience for over 90 years. There will be a total of 360 privately-owned units in the residential cubes ranging in size from 516 – 12,300 square feet and offering Junior Suite Studios to 4 bedrooms. Units will feature 10-foot and 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, Savant smart home automation systems, high-end kitchens with Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, spa-like bathrooms with Dornbracht and Duravit fixtures and expansive terraces with spectacular bay, ocean and city skyline views. Bentley Residences

Bentley Residences is a brand-new, global-luxury-car-branded condo tower on the Miami horizon. This new condo tower will be truly iconic as it will not only be the very 1^st Bentley-branded residential condo tower in the entire world, but it will also be the tallest beachfront residential condo tower in the country, soaring 749 feet above the sand.

Casa Bella Residences

Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia is a pre-construction 57-story luxury condo tower that will be located at 1444 Biscayne Boulevard in the Art & Entertainment District of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida. Designed by Arquitectonica with development by Related Group and Alta Developers, Casa Bella is an Italian-inspired luxury development curated by world-renowned designer Piero Lissoni and Italian luxury furniture brand, B&B Italia.

The Standard Residences

The Standard Residences Midtown Miami will be the very 1^st of its kind! The Standard is globally known as a chic, vibrant hotelier brand celebrated for its fun vibes and rich culture. The Standard brand is now teaming up with Carlos Rosso, Midtown Miami Developments and Arquitectonica to build the brand’s first residential tower, right here in Miami. The Standard Residences will be a 12-story condo building offering 228 pied-a-terre-style units ideally located in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami, steps from an array of entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

The Standard Residences will offer open-concept floor plans ranging in size from 432 to 965 square feet offering studios, 1 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms + Dens and 2 bedrooms. Mr. C Tigertail Residences

Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Tigertail Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building to be located along Tigertail Avenue in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Mr. C Tigertail Residences, which will be located at 2678 Tigertail Avenue, is the sister building to Mr. C Residences that will be located directly adjacent at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive. Mr. C Tigertail Residences was originally planned to be an apartment building; however, the sales at Mr. C Residences went so well, that the developers decided to turn the sister tower into a second luxury condo building which will also be completed in 2023.

Condos at Mr. C Tigertail will have the same luxe interior finishes as Mr. C Residences but will feature more units. Aria Reserve

Aria Reserve is a pre-construction condo development consisting of two, 62-story twin towers located along Biscayne Bay in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Designed by Arquitectonica with development by Melo Group, Aria Reserve is on course to be the tallest waterfront residential twin condo towers in the United States.

Aria Reserve will consist of a total of 782 luxury condo units, with each tower offering 391 units. Aria Reserve will feature four types of condos including Panoramic Residences, Skyview Residences, Penthouses and Penthouse Mansions.
