St. Regis Residences

St. Regis Miami Residences is the newest ultra-luxury residential condo development on the horizon for the Brickell neighborhood of Miami Florida, otherwise known as Miami’s Financial District. The St. Regis Miami Residences will consist of 2, 48-story condo towers designed by Robert A.M. Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami

Bentley Residences

Bentley Residences is a brand-new, global-luxury-car-branded condo tower on the Miami horizon. The Standard Residences

The Standard Residences Midtown Miami will be the very 1^st of its kind! The Standard is globally known as a chic, vibrant hotelier brand celebrated for its fun vibes and rich culture. Mr. C Tigertail Residences

Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Tigertail Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building to be located along Tigertail Avenue in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Mr. C Tigertail Residences, which will be located at 2678 Tigertail Avenue, is the sister building to Mr. C Residences that will be located directly adjacent at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive. Mr. C Tigertail Residences was originally planned to be an apartment building; however, the sales at Mr. C Residences went so well, that the developers decided to turn the sister tower into a second luxury condo building which will also be completed in 2023.

Aria Reserve is a pre-construction condo development consisting of two, 62-story twin towers located along Biscayne Bay in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida.
