Dubbed Okan Tower, the new construction, all-glass tower, inspired by the Turkish national tulip flower, will be comprised of 294 Hilton-branded hotel units, 236 condo-hotel turnkey units and 153 condos, which will consist of 149 condo residences and 4 duplex penthouses. The tower will also include a restaurant on the 67th floor and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Okan Group has just launched sales for this tower offering competitive pricing so that the units will be appealing to foreign investors looking for a good value proposition in Miami.
