The Standard Residences will be a 12-story condo building offering 228 pied-a-terre-style units ideally located in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami, steps from an array of entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

The Standard Residences will offer open-concept floor plans ranging in size from 432 to 965 square feet offering studios, 1 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms + Dens and 2 bedrooms. Mr. C Tigertail Residences

Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Tigertail Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building to be located along Tigertail Avenue in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Mr. C Tigertail Residences, which will be located at 2678 Tigertail Avenue, is the sister building to Mr. C Residences that will be located directly adjacent at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive. Mr. C Tigertail Residences was originally planned to be an apartment building; however, the sales at Mr. C Residences went so well, that the developers decided to turn the sister tower into a second luxury condo building which will also be completed in 2023.

Condos at Mr. C Tigertail will have the same luxe interior finishes as Mr. C Residences but will feature more units. Never Before Seen Renderings | Vita at Grove Isle in Coconut Grove

 

For many years, we have been asked about the new project on Grove Isle in Coconut Grove. Then, a few years ago, we were told that sales were launching and the building was going to be called “The Markers at Grove Isle.” Unfortunately, the building fell into litigation with the condo owners on the island and everything came to a halt…until now!

After years of litigation, everything has finally been settled and the project is officially moving forward. The difference is, Ugo Columbo, arguably one of the “finest finishes” developers in Miami, has taken over and will be developing the project, now called Vita at Grove Isle.

Information is scarce at the moment. The new developer is controlling the dissemination of material and does not want this to be the typical launch by saturating the market with photos, pricing, floor plans, etc. Instead, everything is being done through a “whisper” campaign with a hand-selected group of brokers, who will privately share information with prospective buyers. I can tell you, pricing will start at $3.7M, with the smallest unit being 2,433 sq/ft.

Though I cannot share floor plans or overall pricing with you at this time, I can share select renderings of the project with you, below.

What was once planned as an apartment building will now be a sister condo tower to Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, dubbed Mr. C Tigertail Residences.

Mr. C Tigertail, which will be located at 2678 Tigertail Avenue in the bayfront community of Coconut Grove, is the sister building to Mr. C Residences that will be located directly adjacent at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive. Mr. C Tigertail Residences was originally planned to be a luxury apartment building; however, the sales at Mr. C Residences went so well (the project is currently 95% sold), that the developers decided to turn the second tower into an additional luxury condo building. Both towers are slated for a 2023 completion.

Mr. C Tigertail will also be 21 stories and will have the same luxe interior finishes as Mr. C Residences but will offer more units. Mr. C Tigertail will offer 125 units, while Mr. C will offer only 96.
