Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Tigertail Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building to be located along Tigertail Avenue in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Mr. C Tigertail Residences, which will be located at 2678 Tigertail Avenue, is the sister building to Mr. C Residences that will be located directly adjacent at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive. Hot off the press, the former site of Related Group’s Auberge Residences at 1400 Biscayne Bay in the Miami Arts + Entertainment District neighborhood is being rebranded as “Casa Bella” and will launch sales in the next few weeks.

Now keep in mind, PH 8 is the only other 2-story mega penthouse in the building, and it was sold for a whopping $8.6 Million ($1,020 per square foot), setting a record for the neighborhood of Edgewater.
