Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Tigertail Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building to be located along Tigertail Avenue in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Last week, I wrote an article about the remaining inventory at Hyde Midtown still available from $476 per square foot.

This week, pricing for penthouses at Hyde Midtown was released from an unbelievably low price of $618 per square foot, which is crazy cheap in comparison to other penthouses in Greater Downtown Miami.
