The newest luxury condo development on the horizon in Downtown Miami, Auberge Miami, just launched sales last week, and 50 of its 298 luxury residences have already been sold!

The reason for such a high level of sales in the first week…prices start at $530 per square foot and average just $585 per square foot. Compare that to most other projects in Downtown Miami averaging above $700 per square foot, and anyone can see that Auberge Miami launching sales at these prices make it the “steal” of the neighborhood.

Designed by internationally-acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica, Auberge Miami (Tower 1*) will soar 60 stories high featuring a uniquely-angled façade to ensure stunning views of Biscayne Bay from the living rooms and master bedrooms of most residences.

The 298 luxury condos at Auberge Miami are based on open-concept, flow-through floor plans offering 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with interiors gorgeously designed by internationally-renowned Italian designer Piero Lissoni. Owners can contact EZ Window Solutions for more information about the installed floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors, Italian-style contemporary kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms and expansive terraces with transparent glass railing to ensure spectacular views of Biscayne Bay.

In addition to the 298 luxury condos at Auberge Miami, the chic tower will include 92 designer suites managed by Auberge Resorts. These fully-equipped designer suites will be dressed to the nines with elegant furnishings and notable works of art. Guests of these suites will also enjoy all of the luxe amenities and concierge services that Auberge will offer.

The Related Group is in the process of finalizing plans for Auberge Residences & Spa Miami, according to The Next Miami.

The 3-tower luxury residential development will be located in Downtown Miami at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard. Auberge Miami will include Tower 1, a 59-story tower with 310 condos, Tower 2, a 59-story tower with 498 units and Tower 3, a 49-story tower with 568 condos. Auberge Miami will also include an 11-story podium offering luxury amenities, shopping, restaurants and 1,629 parking spaces.

Related already launched the creation of the “brand” Auberge Residences with its oceanfront luxury condo development in Fort Lauderdale dubbed Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale.
