Brickell Key’s crown jewel development is offering a glimpse into their crown jewel residence. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami has released two renderings and a few details on their jaw-dropping upper penthouse that is now offered for a reported $100 million.

The centi-million price tag of the Mandarin’s penthouse is not simply a reflection of the current state of Miami’s luxury real estate market. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is the culmination of over four decades of development on the tiny residential island. It will rise on the last available waterfront lot and offer the highest level of opulence, design and service. For this development finale, Swire is spending over $1 billion to redevelop the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and to bring the new 66-story tower to life.

The penthouse is actually a combination of two upper penthouses, which can be sold combined or separated. Back at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami on Brickell Key, Swire has revealed that the residential tower is topped with the upper residence(s) spanning 23,000 interior square feet over two floors and has a rooftop infinity pool.

Further details are very tight-lipped, again staying with the “privacy is the new luxury” theme. Ultra-luxe buyers no longer wish to display their wealth where the entire world can see. Casa Bella By B&B Italia: Upper Penthouses To Offer Rooftop Terraces And Private Pools

 
Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, which is set to rise above the Miami Arts & Entertainment District, has released renderings and details for their meticulously-designed penthouse collection inspired by the international appeal of Miami. There are 10 total penthouse residences including four Upper Penthouses that each have either two or three levels and six Lower Penthouses that are single-level.

The four duplex or triplex residences each have dramatic 24-foot ceilings in the living rooms and expansive floor plans that range from 4,100 square feet to 5,900 square feet of interior space. The third level of the triplex models is reserved for private 56th-floor rooftop terraces with pools and indoor/outdoor kitchens. Prices range from $8 million to $13 million for the upper penthouses.

Inside the building, the kitchens also offer an elevated experience with integrated espresso machines and double-door SubZero refrigerators. The kitchen cupboards include additional color choices that are exclusive to the penthouses. Ceiling heights in the bedrooms and lower penthouses are risen to 12-feet. The graciously-sized primary bedrooms include dual walk-in closets. Many of the penthouse residences offer spa baths with freestanding soaking tubs and large showers with bay and ocean views.

If you shake it together, it becomes a cultural cocktail.”

Casa Bella by B&B Italia is being developed by Related Group, who has partnered with Alta Developers. The 56-story condominium tower offers 317 luxury residences representing the first residential partnership for the famed Italian design house B&B Italia, known around the world for its high-end collaborations with legacy brands such as Rolex, Hermès, and Rolls-Royce.

The tower is designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica with undulating waves and a modern, artful façade that towers over “The Broadway of Miami” as the Art & Entertainment District is affectionately coined. If Casa Bella is a theater’s stage, B&B Italia is one of the most important actors, Mr. Lissoni says.

With as much pomp and circumstance as the British Royals, Aston Martin Residences is finally revealing the chic crown jewel of the new residential tower in Downtown Miami. Spanning over 3 full floors along the top of the 66-story tower, the sprawling residence boasts nearly 20,000 square feet of interior space and over 7,000 square feet of outdoor terraces.

The penthouse is called Unique, and comes with a host of amenities. An 80-page book has been released to tell the story of the penthouse through paintings, sculptures, music, and poetry. Measuring 20″ by 20″, it includes pieces from artists including:

Not only focusing on the grandeur and space of the upper penthouse, automotive photographer Rafael Delceggio holds a session with the rare Aston Martin Vulcan, highlighting the design that was the muse for the development. The book also features a QR code that directs users to an exclusive original score that was recorded by a ten-piece orchestra. The symphony takes its inspiration from the views from Unique.

Offered at $59 million USD, Unique is filled with amenities designed for luxurious and simplistic living. It holds seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a private pool, gym, spa and a custom climate-controlled garage.  Populating the garage is the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan, one of only 24 ever constructed. The 7.0-litre V12 820bhp, all-carbon fiber supercar is valued at $3.2 million and is engineered for track driving only.

Lower penthouses are also being revealed, each encompassing a full floor just below Unique, and each including a populated climate-controlled garage. At around $23 million each, buyers are able to choose between an Aston Martin DB11, or the new Aston Martin DBX SUV.

The Tower and River Residences at Aston Martin are currently 97% sold out and closings are slated to begin in the second quarter of 2023. While there is limited inventory, resales have already begun in the general price range of $6.5 million at the time of publication.
