With the price set at $16.2 million, or $3,333 per square foot, the trophy property represents a record-setting transaction for the area.

The stunner-in-the-sky boasts 4,888 interior square feet and a jaw-dropping 4,333-square foot outdoor terrace complete with a private infinity-edge pool, and views from the Atlantic Ocean to the Everglades. There is also a private outdoor dining and kitchen suitable for large events or more intimate gatherings, as well as sunrise and sunset lounge areas.

The interior will be breathtaking, enveloped in floor-to-ceiling windows and the highest quality of finishes, with the interior of a yacht as the muse. 1508 London’s Leo Bertacchini is in charge of the interiors, and has wrapped the residence in high-gloss Canaletto wood accents to keep with the Cipriani theme and design standard.

There are 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, each bedroom has a boutique-style walk in closet. The bathrooms are outfitted with standalone bathtubs and bookmatched stonework.

Penthouse 1 is part of Cipriani’s Canaletto Collection, which introduces an even higher level of service and luxury for owners. The Canaletto Collection residences encompass the upper 18 floors of the 80-story development and there are only 68 total.

For instance, owners of Cipriani’s Canaletto Collection enjoy priority access to the building’s signature restaurant and speakeasy, as well as private limousine service throughout a certain radius and a dedicated concierge.

Cipriani Residences Miami offers one- to four-bedroom residences from $1.4 million. The Canaletto Collection is offered from $3.95 million and penthouses priced from $9.5 million.

Construction is expected to finish in 2026.
