According to a recent report by the Miami Association of Realtors, Canadians have surpassed Colombians as the top buyers of South Florida real estate. Turnberry Ocean Club’s Momentous Groundbreaking Ceremony (PHOTOS)

 
Miami Luxury Homes attended the momentous groundbreaking ceremony of Turnberry Ocean Club this morning on the construction site of the soon-to-be iconic luxury residential development in Sunny Isles Beach.

Developer of Turnberry Ocean Club Jeffrey Soffer, accompanied by his wife, famous model Elle Macpherson, and the king of the renowned Soffer family, Donald Soffer, attended the grand event, along with the world-renowned architects responsible for designing this spectacular new project, Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe.

During the exclusive ceremony, Jeffrey Soffer started by thanking his father Donald Soffer and then went on to explain the significance of the Turnberry brand. He then told the crowd that selling Turnberry Ocean Club is not just selling people condos, “we sell a lifestyle,” he stated. Turnberry is set apart from other developments in South Florida because of the over-the-top amenities and overall sophistication of the development, and really is all about living an overall 5-star oceanfront lifestyle.

Soffer also mentioned in his speech that his father purchased the site that Turnberry Ocean Club will be constructed on back in the late 70’s for $700,000…no, that is not a typo!
