The Miami Luxury Homes Group represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale of 4131 Woodridge Road, putting the home under contract after only 48 days on the market. The property just closed for $2.35 Million ($565 per square foot) marking the highest sales price and price-per-square-foot non-waterfront home to sell in South Coconut Grove, so far in 2018.

The average closed price-per-square-foot in South Grove in 2017 was $492.21…and we sold for 14.8% above 2017 pricing! The average days on market for homes in South Grove in 2017 was 170…and we sold in 48 days!

Park Grove Developers Host ‘Evolution of Coconut Grove’ Lunch & Learn Panel

 
Terra Group and Related Group, the co-developers of Coconut Grove’s newest ultra-luxury bayfront condo project along South Bayshore Drive, Park Grove, hosted an informative lunch and learn panel on Wednesday afternoon at the Park Grove sales center regarding the evolution of Coconut Grove. This event focused on the renaissance of Coconut Grove which is Miami’s oldest neighborhood, and showcased new happenings in the culinary, retail, residential, design and architectural worlds – in the Grove. The panel included an “A-List” of major players in the community who are responsible for and/or affiliated with new exciting projects that will thrust Coconut Grove back into the ultimate South Florida hot spot that it once was…but it will be even better!

Unfortunately, as the panelists explained, Coconut Grove for the past 20 or so years lost its spark to the glitz and glam of Miami Beach, but with the major resurgence that is underway in the Grove, Coconut Grove will definitely get its groove back and will soon become the sexy place that it once was!

Only a few miles apart and both offering breathtaking water views, these 2 neighborhoods are like night and day, but they both seem to be the place everyone wants to call home. And now, because of a long list of reasons, everyone is flocking from Miami Beach to Coconut Grove.
