JUST SOLD | Highest-Priced Sale Ever in West Grove | 3349 Elizabeth Street | $1.335M

 

Michael and Jaimee Light are proud to announce their recent sale of 3349 Elizabeth Street in Coconut Grove, which set a record as the highest-priced sale ever in West Grove.

This single-family home just closed in late July and was sold to the buyer pre-construction approximately two years ago. This home is one of seven homes that the developer, Metronomic, Inc., currently has planned for this community which is a collection of homes called “Grove Palms.”

As for all of the homes in the collection of 7 homes, we listed four of the homes back in 2017 and quickly put all four under contract, one of which is this record-setting home at 3349 Elizabeth Street, two of the homes located at 3375 Oak Avenue and 3333 Frow Avenue are both slated to close in September of this year and the fourth home located at 3364 Oak Avenue is estimated to be completed Q1 of 2020.

The Miami Luxury Homes Group at Douglas Elliman Real Estate is proud to announce that two of Michael Light’s clients just closed on their units in the newly-opened, ultra-luxe Coconut Grove condo development, Park Grove. Michael’s clients purchased units 908 and 606 in Tower 3 at Park Grove, known as Park Grove Club Residences.  These 2 individual buyers are both coincidentally from Canada and both buying in Park Grove as investment opportunities with long-term plans to eventually use them for their winter getaways. Both of Michael’s clients visited Miami over 2 years ago to visit different projects throughout South Florida, but after visiting several Miami new construction projects, each respective tour finished at the Park Grove sales gallery and both clients fell for the desirable views and long-term investment opportunity that Park Grove offers.

These are not first-time investors. In fact, between both of them, they own more than 20 properties across the globe. But, since they were each making their first purchase in Miami, their budgets were at “let’s test the water” level so their tours did not, at the time, warrant a visit to new construction condos in Miami Beach. The Miami Luxury Homes Group represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale of 4131 Woodridge Road, putting the home under contract after only 48 days on the market. The property just closed for $2.35 Million ($565 per square foot) marking the highest sales price and price-per-square-foot non-waterfront home to sell in South Coconut Grove, so far in 2018.
