Arte in Surfside Residences: Surf’s Up After Record-Breaking January! Residences 802 and 701 each closed within the last couple of weeks for higher than their asking price. It is easy to see why buyers would be interested in the ultra-luxury project. With only 12 floors and 16 waterfront condos, Arte is the ultimate of exclusivity. Owners in the development enjoy top-notch security, the ultimate level of privacy as well as lavish amenities. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner even trusted the development with their children as they made an exodus to the Sunshine State. Just a few days prior, Residence 802 sold for $11.2 million, also above asking price. Amazingly, Residence 201 is being offered at $2900/square foot, far less than the previous closings.
