Now, Camp Biscayne is one of Miami’s best-kept secrets offering ultimate tropical serenity surrounded by giant oak trees, natural park-like landscaping and the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay.
As one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Miami, Camp Biscayne offers only 21 luxury homes which are all nestled into the lush scenery of Coconut Grove, offering an array of private in-home amenities as well as luxe exterior amenities such as tennis courts, tropical pool decks and outdoor kitchens. Four Way Lodge Estates is a gated community in South Coconut Grove, which is open to the public but offers a 24-hour security guard at the entrance. This community offers 42 lovely single-family homes, with a select few being canal front and some bay front.
Poinciana Closed Road is a gated community situated in South Coconut Grove off of Poinciana Avenue. This private community offers 5 Mediterranean-style single-family homes with spacious lots offering beautiful green spaces that the Grove is celebrated for.
