The Groundbreaking ceremony will be held on the site of the ultra-luxe, pre-construction project at 18501 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. with a VIP (invite-only) brunch and mimosa toast immediately following the ceremony at the Turnberry Sales Gallery.
