The Standard Residences Midtown Miami will be the very 1^st of its kind! The Standard is globally known as a chic, vibrant hotelier brand celebrated for its fun vibes and rich culture. The Standard brand is now teaming up with Carlos Rosso, Midtown Miami Developments and Arquitectonica to build the brand’s first residential tower, right here in Miami. The Standard Residences will be a 12-story condo building offering 228 pied-a-terre-style units ideally located in the Midtown neighborhood of Miami, steps from an array of entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

The Standard Residences will offer open-concept floor plans ranging in size from 432 to 965 square feet offering studios, 1 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms + Dens and 2 bedrooms.
