Adding to their portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs, Auberge Resorts Collection has been chosen to manage Shell Bay, a new jewel in Greater Miami. Shell Bay will be the first private golf community that Miami has seen over the last 25 years with it’s new Greg Norman-designed course.

Shell Bay will also feature a boutique hotel and bespoke residences anchored by a world-class private members’ club, featuring a private yacht club, an 18,000-square-foot spa and fitness facility, as well as an unparalleled racquet club that offers tennis, pickleball and padel.

“The course at Shell Bay will be one of the most unique, pure golf experiences I have ever designed. Completely isolated from its surroundings, the walkable layout will capture the true essence of the game with immaculately conditioned fairways, sweeping sand belt style bunkers, and contoured greens that test every club in your bag. It will be a place where you can totally immerse yourself in the game.” says golf legend and course designer Greg Norman.

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway just north of Miami Beach in Hallandale, this exciting new 130-acre destination will draw guests with an array of outdoor amenities. Visitors can arrive via car or yacht, entering the development surrounded by emerald-colored fairways and al fresco dining options. Yachts are invited to dock at the 48-slip marina and cars are offered 24-hour valet service. Once on site, guests will appreciate the sophisticated retreat that is also a stone’s throw to Gulfstream Park, where they can enjoy an afternoon at the races or leisurely shopping.

For overnight accommodations, the resort will contain both a 60-guestroom hotel as well as the brand-new 20-story residential tower that houses 108 Auberge-branded homes with open-concept layouts on a tranquil white-chocolate palette.

Back on the sprawling resort grounds, the first new private golf course in the Miami area for 25 years measures 7,250 yards. This is one of the longest golf courses in South Florida that also includes a 12-acre pro golf practice facility and a 9-hole par 3 course for those who are learning. The racquet facility is located in a picturesque garden with all four Grand Slam surfaces offered. There is a choice of European red and green clay as well as grass. Padel and pickleball are also offered as is a full-sized basketball court.

The 18,000-square-foot wellness center offers a diverse menu of fitness programming in small groups or private sessions. The spa offers a comprehensive and holistic treatment menu through a seamlessly integrated indoor/outdoor surrounding. The rooftop pool is designed equally for sport and wellness as well as for leisure and socializing with chic cabanas and waterfront alfresco dining overlooking the intracoastal waterway as well as the golf course.

Shell Bay is set to open in 2025 with current pricing raging from $2 million up to $10 million for an upper penthouse.
