Pagani Residences In North Bay Village Releases Renderings Of Sultry Interiors

In his quest to create “the most beautiful car in the world,” Horacio Pagani has expanded his view and included a stunning residential tower in North Bay Village, Miami Beach. The luxurious bespoke interiors of the brand’s new have been revealed, and it is clear that they have been as carefully and thoughtfully designed as the hypercar by the same name.

The design of this project is a dedication to Leonardo da Vinci’s Principles of Art and Science with an amenity-rich structure that has been designed by Miami super-architect Revuelta Architecture. Inside, the interiors are curated by Pagani Arte, a division of Pagani Automobili based in Italy and well-known for its dedication to quality and texture.

“Pagani Residences in Miami are set to redefine the art of handcrafted living, presenting a curated experience that effortlessly extends the essence of Pagani — an embodiment of obsession with detail, refined taste, and a level of craftmanship that is truly rare in today’s world,” remarked Mikael Hamaoui, the CEO of Riviera Horizons, in a release.

The residences will be constructed on the waterfront parcel at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village, rising 28 stories over the Biscayne Bay. With just 70 residences, the tower is following suit with the new trend of ultra-privacy and quiet luxury.

When completed, the 70 residences will include two- to four- bedroom layouts that are four per floor. Each home will be located on a corner and have between 2,000-3,3000 interior square feet. Wraparound terraces will range from 800-1,040 square feet with glass enclosures. Residents will enjoy 11-foot ceilings throughout with floor to ceiling glass.

On the Penthouse level, the ceilings reach higher (to 13 feet) and layouts expand to 6,900 interior square feet with 4,900 square feet of terrace space. Residents will notice the addition of private pools on the terrace.

Despite the low number of residences, there are an abundance of amenities for owners to enjoy. Upon arriving, guests will be greeted by 24 hour valet, concierge and doorman. A private marina is at your disposal along the waterfront along with a 240-foot boardwalk with private boat slips and entertainment spaces.

On the 28th level, guests enjoy 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay on the rooftop pool lounge with poolside cabanas as well as hot and cold plunges. A summer kitchen and grill is also available to offer alfresco dining near the pool.

Throughout the project itself, owners are offered an array of services that include wellness amenities, a library and lounge, media room, pet spa, along with water sports.

With the location in North Bay Village, the residences are also convenient to the Pagani dealership that is located at 14800 Biscayne Boulevard in nearby North Miami.

Pagani Residences are currently priced from $2.4 million and delivery is anticipated in 2027.
