Edgewater Chic: Introducing Elle Residences Miami

Miami is getting more chic by the day, and now Elle Magazine is bringing their stylish touch to Miami condo towers. Introducing Elle Residences Miami, which is set to be built at 3618 NE 5th Avenue in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

The new luxury condo tower is conveniently positioned at the intersection of Edgewater, Midtown Miami and the Miami Design District. The project is a collaboration between Vertical Developments, Urban Network Capital Group and the French publisher Lagardère News (the parent company of Elle Magazine). Designed by Behar & Partners, whose portfolio also includes Okan Tower in Downtown, the stylish and fashion-forward residences are meant to coordinate with the cutting edge and sophisticated Design District that is just around the corner

The One Atelier has been tapped to design the cutting edge interiors, with fashion houses including Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi Casa and Karl Lagerfeld among their previous clients. With the creative team’s synergy, the completed residences will be fit for the runway and offer a nod to the publication’s Parisian roots.

“This groundbreaking residential project will debut a new legacy for Elle, one of which we are proud to share in the next chapter of this influential brand. Our aspiration is not just to build a tower, but to create an ownership experience that amplifies modernity with timeless sophistication of Elle’s 80-year history,” said developer Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO of Vertical Developments.

When completed, the tower will offer 180 turnkey condominium units in 25 floors, with two floors dedicated to amenities. The layouts are planned to include one and two bedroom plans as well as penthouses with prices starting in the area of $525,000.

Amenities will include a state-of-the-art wellness center with fitness studio, outdoor fitness lawn, a meditation garden and a spa. The rooftop pool will be flanked by beautiful water views and a residents-only lounge.
