Prolific Miami developer PMG (Property Markets Group) has landed a record-breaking $413 million construction loan on their new project in West Brickell, One Twenty Residences. After landing the financing, they broke ground on the unique project this week as well.
The new project is comprised by two towers of mixed-use space designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, a famed architecture firm in the area who has helped to shape our skyline for decades. Sieger Suarez is responsible for projects such as Porsche Design Tower, Bentley Residences Sunny Isles as well as E11even in Downtown Miami.
One aspect of the development that stands out against the rest is that each condo purchased also includes a deeded private office suite that is accessible by dedicated elevators. This is perfect for those who continue to work remotely yet still desire a change of scenery and a separation of work vs home life. This tower will rise 34 stories and offer 266 residences, 90% of which are currently sold.

In addition to the residences and office spaces, One Twenty residents also have access to over 60,000 square feet of amenity space. They are planning a sky bar and pool, a wellness center with a full fitness facility, spa and plunge pools as well as a day pool. In the office areas, residents can also expect to have access to conference rooms in case they need an in-person meeting for the whole team.

In addition to the condo tower, PMG has planned an additional rental tower that will offer 537 apartments that will be operated by Sentral management platform.
On the ground level, there will be over 10,000 square feet of street-facing retail and parking for over 600 vehicles. With the central location that is just steps from the Miami Metrorail station as well as the free Miami Metromover (locals just call it the mover), One Twenty is proving itself to be a hub for those in the live/work/play environment that is so desirable to today’s professionals.

The project is expected to begin delivery in 2028.
