Mr. C Residences

Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra Group to build Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building located along South Bayshore Drive in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove originally featured 118 residences, but after many owners combined units preconstruction, there are now a total of only 96 residences. All residences offer chic, sophisticated interiors beautifully designed by Meyer Davis ranging from one to five-bedroom layouts in residences and five-bedroom penthouses, two of which offer private expansive rooftops with pools.
