Construction Update: St. Regis, Miami in Brickell Plans Two Tower Cranes And Hits 60% Sold

Despite media reports of a cooling market, Miami is still going strong. The St. Regis, Miami in Brickell currently has plans for two tower cranes at their jobsite at 1809 Brickell Avenue while also reaching the 60% sold benchmark.

According to a filing with the FAA for two tower cranes, the project plans to have both rise 741 feet above ground or 750 feet above sea level.

The landmark project will replace a 17-story building that is currently awaiting demolition. In the summer of 2023, the project quickly passed Urban Design Review Board approval process, with only a few minor tweaks.

When completed, the new tower will offer every luxury imaginable to the new residents. With this being a St. Regis property, all of the services and amenities of any St. Regis property are available, including their famous afternoon tea that was adopted by Mrs. Astor in the St. Regis New York. However, as there is no hotel component in the St. Regis Residences, Miami, the property is more private and exclusive.

In total, the St. Regis Residences, Miami will offer 152 residences including the two penthouses, two waterfront garden villas, sky villas and the tower residences. Prices for the tower begin at $3.7 million.
