St. Regis Miami Releases New Floor Plans, Renderings And Price Ranges For Their Brickell Project

 
Nestled along the royal poinciana and palm trees and the Biscayne Bay at 1809 Brickell Avenue, the St. Regis Miami is preparing to rise in all of its splendor. After surveying the buyers who showed interest during the initial launch of the project, Related Group and Integra Investments have made some changes to the plans for their new ultra-luxury project.

For starters, there will be just one tower with 48 floors and 150 residences (including sky villas and penthouses), rather than two towers with 330 residences. It seems the early adopters gave a resounded request that they prefer a smaller, more boutique development with fewer neighbors and larger residences. To answer this request, we have received drafts of the new floor plans, ranging from 2,600 square foot two-bedroom layouts to five-bedroom plans with 7,400 interior square footage and direct bay views. There will also be penthouse and sky villa plans up to a rumored 8,900 square feet, but these have not yet been released.

The amenities and services are not slated for change, only becoming more exclusive with fewer households in the project. There will still be over 80,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenities, along with the exclusive 24/7/365 services expected in a St. Regis development. It is also important to note that the St. Regis Miami Residences will be operated by the 5-star operator, St. Regis, known for its exquisite services and sophistication, but will NOT include a hotel component.

The new layouts and pricing range start from the 2,616 square foot D-line. This is a two-bedroom layout with park and sunset views, priced from $3.4 million to $4.8 million.

For those who need two bedrooms and an office or guest room, we also have the 2,87 square foot C-line. It has 3 bedrooms with sparkling views of the Brickell Financial District and is priced between $4.7 million to $5.8 million.

If you are looking to be direct waterfront and need more space, the A & B line will be the answer. These are all on the east side of the building with terraces either to the north or south and also overlooking the Biscayne Bay. At 3,700 square feet of interior space, there is plenty of room for 4 bedrooms. The prices for the A & B lines range from $7 million to $9 million.
