Cipriani Brothers Announce Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove

After the successful opening of Mr. C Hotel earlier this year in Coconut Grove, Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building located along South Bayshore Drive in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Although sales have not yet launched and will not officially launch until December, VIP brokers were introduced to the project this past Friday by touring a new sales gallery in Coconut Grove complete with a Cipriani-style bar serving the famous Bellini cocktails and a full model kitchen and bathroom.
