Famed Cipriani’s Opening Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove | Opening May 2019

The proof is in the pudding…the complete renaissance of Coconut Grove is in full effect and includes the opening of the high-end Cipriani Brand hotel dubbed ‘Mr. C Coconut Grove.’

Mr. C Coconut Grove Hotel, which has been under construction for the past two years, will be completed early summer with an opening date of the hotel set for May 1st and the restaurant Bellini to be open on March 29th. This location of Mr. C is only the 3rd location in the entire United States, with the 1st in Beverly Hills, California and the 2nd in Seaport, New York. Mr. C in Coconut Grove will be located at 2988 McFarlane Road near Peacock Park and will consist of hotel guest rooms, dining, private events and luxury amenities.

Mr. C will fit in beautifully to scenic Coconut Grove as it will be a perfect blend of modern sophisticated interiors meets organic old-world feel. The hotel will offer 100 luxurious guest rooms and suites ranging from 300 to 1,400 square feet boasting private balconies with stunning views.

Mr. C’s Dining (Bellini Coconut Grove) 

Mr. C Coconut Grove will feature one of the Cipriani families’ high-end, but inviting Italian restaurants, ‘Bellini,’ which will offer rustic Italian fair influenced by many different regions of Italy. The coolest part about the Cipriani family naming one of their restaurants Bellini is that it was the very Cipriani family who created the white peach prosecco Bellini cocktail at their very first restaurant, Harry’s Bar in Venice.

Opening March 29^th, Bellini Coconut Grove will feature a main dining room, which will look familiar to frequent diners of Cipriani, because it will be similar to the majority of restaurants owned by the leading hospitality family. The restaurant will also offer the Bellini Bar with ample seating to enjoy lite bites and an assortment of wines and spirits, a beautiful tree-lined garden with outdoor seating and a poolside covered deck with plenty of seating to enjoy a meal or lite bites from the poolside menu.

The Cipriani brand traces back to the family patriarch Giuseppe Cipriani who founded the famous Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy in 1931. Today, Harry’s Bar is a landmark and one of the most celebrated restaurants in the entire world. The Cipriani brand has grown tremendously over the years where the heirs have opened restaurants and hotels all around the world. Currently, Miami is home to a Cipriani restaurant located waterfront in Downtown Miami’s Brickell financial district along Biscayne Bay.
