As the newest multi-dimensional landmark in Downtown Miami, Miami Worldcenter will be home to 765,000 square feet of first-class retail space including posh shopping, an array of dining and exciting entertainment; luxurious residential condo towers, with one already being submitted for approval, the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower consisting of 466 lavish condo residences; and the largest convention hotel in the region, Marriott Marquis World Convention Center Hotel which will offer 1,800 modern hotel rooms and over 600,000 square feet of convention and business space with ample parking.

Miami Worldcenter Signature Condo Tower will be situated centrally in the mega-project above the posh shopping center.
