Miami Worldcenter Signature Condo Tower

Plans were recently submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration for a residential condo tower within the highly-anticipated Miami Worldcenter mega-development in Downtown Miami.  If this condo development project is approved, the proposed residential condo tower will be named the Worldcenter Signature Tower.  The Worldcenter Signature Condo Tower will be located in the center of the Miami Worldcenter at 129 NE 8^th Street, directly above the Mall at Miami Worldcenter.

The Worldcenter Signature Condo Tower will be creatively designed by Elkus Manfredi and will rise 749 feet above sea level, which is about 738 feet above ground level—keep in mind that this is the maximum height allowed in this area.  The condo tower will consist of 466 residential luxury condo units.
