Bentley Residences

Bentley Residences is a brand-new, global-luxury-car-branded condo tower on the Miami horizon. This new condo tower will be truly iconic as it will not only be the very 1^st Bentley-branded residential condo tower in the entire world, but it will also be the tallest beachfront residential condo tower in the country, soaring 749 feet above the sand.

This ultra-luxe, 60-story condo tower is being developed by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez, who have also teamed up on other high-end condo buildings in Sunny Isles Beach including Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani Casa. In fact, Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, is planning to borrow a similar truly-innovative feature from Porsche Design Tower and include it in this new exciting Bentley condo building…his famous in-unit car elevator, dubbed the ‘Dezervator.’ Bentley Residences will feature a modern car elevator and a 4-car in-unit garage in each private residence, offering a chic, sophisticated unit for car collectors. Each and every condo unit will also boast private swimming pools and saunas.

Construction of Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is expected to begin in 2023 with an estimated completion of 2027. However, please note, Bentley Residences is still in the design stage and floor plans, brochures, pricing, etc. are not final as of yet, but I will keep you up-to-date as soon as all plans have been finalized.
