Mr. C Tigertail Residences

Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, brothers from the famed Cipriani family, have joined forces with developer David Martin of Terra to build Mr. C Tigertail Residences in Coconut Grove, a 21-story residential condo building to be located along Tigertail Avenue in the highly-sought-after bayfront neighborhood of Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida.

Mr. C Tigertail Residences, which will be located at 2678 Tigertail Avenue, is the sister building to Mr. C Residences that will be located directly adjacent at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive. Mr. C Tigertail Residences was originally planned to be an apartment building; however, the sales at Mr. C Residences went so well, that the developers decided to turn the sister tower into a second luxury condo building which will also be completed in 2024.

Condos at Mr. C Tigertail will have the same luxe interior finishes as Mr. C Residences but will feature more units.
