Paramount Miami Worldcenter is coming along nicely as it has already topped off and is slated for a Q3 2019 completion.
Recently, Jaimee and I were invited by the developer on a VIP construction tour of the luxury condo building in Downtown Miami. We not only got to tour a few penthouse residences, but we also toured all of the amenities including the massive 7th-floor pool deck with super cool, private (for-purchase) poolside bungalows and a killer rooftop deck, at 700 feet above the city, with 365 degrees of spectacular city, bay and ocean views.
