Wynwood is an eclectic district in the urban core of the City of Miami thriving in rich culture, art, fashion, innovation and creative enterprise. Although Wynwood is commonly grouped together with the Arts’ District, Edgewater, Midtown and the Design District, Wynwood is a distinct neighborhood in Miami that is roughly bound by NW 20th Street to the south, I-195 (Julia Tuttle Causeway) to the north, I-95 to the west and North Miami Avenue to the east.

Wynwood, formerly the warehouse and manufacturing district of Miami, has transformed into the hottest spot in South Florida offering unique cutting-edge art, first-class restaurants, craft breweries and trendy retailers. Specifically, Wynwood offers an eclectic variety of art galleries, thriving street murals, posh studios, chic condos, retail stores, craft house bars, coffee shops and one of the biggest open-air street-art installations in the world. Wynwood is home to the nations’ (arguably) first and only street art museum which is comprised of 6 warehouses with the exterior walls serving as immense canvases for chic street art. Wynwood is also one of the main hubs for the famous Art Basel which occurs annually in December in Miami-Dade County, drawing over 70,000 visitors from all around the world.
