Turnberry and Carlos Rosso Team Up For One Park Tower at SoLé Mia Next To UM Medical Center

 
The 184-acre SoLé Mia in North Miami is about to get its first luxury condo tower. Development powerhouses Turnberry Associates (Jackie Soffer and LeFrak) and Carlos Rosso (former president of the condo division at Related Group) have teamed up to bring a luxury 32-floor tower to the North Miami mega development.

SoLé Mia is a massive $4 billion development on the site of Biscayne Landing at 150th and Biscayne Boulevard. It is anchored by a pristine turquoise blue man-made lagoon on the premises. The lagoon is 7 acres, the size of 12 olympic swimming pools and offers a variety of activities including kayaking, paddle boards, beaches and more. The site is also adjacent to Oleta State Park for biking, hiking, camping, fishing and other more rustic activities.

The development is already home to rental properties, but once completed will house a host of rentals and condo buildings along with restaurants, Costco and the new 10-acre University of Miami UHealth Medical Center.
