More About The Residences at 1428 Brickell
The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a new pre-construction 70-story iconic condo building on the horizon for Miami’s Financial District. The LEED Certified building is set to be the first ever high-rise residential tower in the world to be partially powered by the sun with a “Solar Backbone,” setting it apart from the other new construction projects in the area.
Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica with interior designs by world-renowned Italian architecture and interior design firm ACPV, Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, 1428 Brickell will feature over 500 photovoltaic-integrated glass panels along the west façade creating a solar backbone that comprises more than 20,000 square feet of energy-producing glass which will partially power the building.
The Residences at 1428 Brickell will boast 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities dedicated to 189 residences in the building. Residences will range in size from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet with penthouse residences ranging from 4,000 to 10,0000 square feet. Each flow-through unit directly faces Biscayne Bay to provide breathtaking water views.
