Rivage Bal Harbour and Bvlgari Join Forces To Celebrate A New Era Of Luxury Living

In celebration of Bal Harbour’s first new condo development in over a decade, Rivage Bal Harbour teamed up with Bvlgari to host a celebration of a new era in luxury living for Bal Harbour.

As we have previously reported, Related Group has partnered up with Two Roads Development and Rockpoint to bring a new ultra-luxury boutique building to Bal Harbour’s oceanfront condo row. The project will feature 56 beachfront homes in a 21-story tower designed by the world-renowned architecture firm, SOM. This is the same firm who designed the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the first modernist office building, as well as other notable projects.

Being that Rivage is located just steps from the Shops at Bal Harbour, Bvlgari is the perfect brand to collaborate with. Both brands are dedicated to the ultimate of craftmanship and seamless luxury. About Rivage Bal Harbour

As the first new development to grace the oceanfront of Bal Harbour since Oceana over a decade ago, Rivage is heralded by default. The project is scheduled to break ground this summer with an anticipated finish of late 2026 or early 2027.
