Park Grove, a brand-new luxe condo development situated bayfront on prestigious South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, hosted yet another spectacular event Tuesday night at the newly-opened Glass & Vine eatery in Center Coconut Grove.  The event was to help One Park Grove, the latest of the 3 luxury towers in the Park Grove development to launch sales, celebrate the latest exciting restaurant to join Coconut Grove. And, the party was a full house!

Park Grove and Glass & Vine do have something in common other than just their location in Coconut Grove, they are both part of the renaissance of Coconut Grove, which began only a few years ago. Coconut Grove has recently begun attracting world-renowned chefs, business owners and developers back to the hidden gem to utilize the amazing place that locals refer to as “The Grove.” Who knows if it’s the natural park-like beauty, friendly low-key atmosphere, the bazillions of kid’s and dog parks, marinas or the sparkling blue waters of Biscayne Bay that have attracted business owners and developers back to The Grove.
