Millecento Residences began closings last week and have released new building regulations for owners and renters. Please note that this information is subject to change without notice.
PET POLICY: The Millecento pet policy allows owners and renters to have 2 pets with no weight restrictions. All pets must be registered with the building. In addition, renters of Millecento condos must pay the building a $300 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet.
RENTAL RESTRICTIONS: Owners are allowed to rent their condos at Millecento a maximum of 3 times per year for a minimum of 30 days each rental period.
APPLICATION FEES: BUYERS: Buyers of resale units must apply to the association and submit a $100 application fee with his/her purchase application. RENTERS: Renters must pay a $100 application fee to the building association with his/her rental application. Renters must also pay a refundable security deposit equal to 1-month’s rent to the Millecento condominium association as a common area deposit. *Keep in mind, this 1-month common area deposit is in addition to the 1-month deposit most Landlord’s require in connection with a lease.
