Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Schwartz is taking his award-winning talents to a second location in Coconut Grove. Schwartz will be opening a 3,500-square-foot restaurant at Park Grove, Coconut Grove’s newest ultra-luxury pre-construction condo development located at 2701 South Bayshore Drive. Park Grove will consist of 3 luxury condo towers featuring sophisticated residences with custom interiors designed by celebrated designer, William Sofield. Park Grove will also be complemented by a lusciously-landscaped, 2-acre sculpture park designed by famed Enzo Enea and extraordinary amenities.
Although the Park Grove restaurant has yet to be been named, Schwartz has said that “the vision for the restaurant is to create something similar to the Cypress Room but opening into a lush cozy courtyard that will become Coconut Grove’s secret garden,” according to Miami Eater.
In addition to the chic restaurant, there will be a 1,000-square-foot area for private events with catering provided by Schwartz. Schwartz will also be the exclusive in-house caterer and provider for the pool and bar services at Park Grove. Schwartz will also assist Park Grove’s concierge services by providing boxed lunches for boat owners with boats docked at marinas throughout Coconut Grove.
Park Grove is being co-developed by The Related Group and Terra Group. This is Michael Schwartz’ 3rd collaboration with The Related Group as he is also opening up restaurants at SLS Hotel & Residences in Brickell and Paraiso Bay in Edgewater.
Michael Schwartz is also opening Harry’s Pizzeria in Coconut Grove right across from CocoWalk. This is Schwartz’ 1st restaurant in Coconut Grove and is very close to opening.
