New renderings have been released for the ‘River Landing’ project on the evolving riverfront in Downtown Miami.
The Miami River Landing project is a mixed-use development that will be situated along the Miami River at 1480 NW North River Drive, on the edge of the city’s Health District (f/k/a the Civic Center). River Landing will be a 5-story power center situated on 8 acres of riverfront land offering nearly 430,000 square feet of commercial space with open-covered walkways and ample tropical green spaces.
