Mary Brickell Village, the well-known 195,188-square-foot shopping center in the epicenter of Brickell, recently sold to Texas-based real estate private equity firm, Rockpoint Group, for $113.5 Million.
Mary Brickell Village was completed back in 2007 and currently include 59 stores and 800 parking spaces, according to The Real Deal. Tenants of Mary Brickell Village include Publix grocery store, Oceanaire Seafood Room, Rosa Mexicano, Fado Irish Pub, Brother Jimmy’s BBQ, L.A. Fitness and much more.
The Mary Brickell Village sale from Quebec-based Ivanhoe Cambridge to Rockpoint Group obviously does NOT include the residential condo tower dubbed Nine at Mary Brickell Village, which just opened this year.
