Coming off of the wild success of Miami’s first Vegas-Style residential property, Property Markets Group (PMG) has unveiled E11even Residences Beyond. This is the second tower of E11even Residences and Hotel, which is currently under construction near Miami World Center in Downtown Miami’s Art & Entertainment district.

E11even Residences Beyond will also feature 65-stories of entertainment and nightlife-themed residences and resort-style amenity spaces with 558 residences that can be rented out for a month or longer. Connecting to the first tower by an illuminated sky bridge, the two developments will share their proximity to the 24-hour nightclub of the same name just across the street.

E11even is a nightlife anomaly even in a town with a reputation for a healthy nightlife appetite from visitors arriving from around the world, like Miami. It is a 24/7 hub of entertainment flocked with celebrities, recording artists, dancing, gourmet food and cocktails, and the entertainment. E11even never stops and now party goers will have a place nearby to rest and enjoy their own space.

The development boasts a member’s-only rooftop pool, bar and restaurant as well as a spa designed by Deepak Chopra, the world-renowned holistic health advocate and author. There will also be a casino-style sports lounge, a day club, rooftop restaurant, helipad and The Clayton. The Clayton is a boutique chain of London-style private social clubs. It began in Chicago and has since opened another location in Washington DC.

Celebrities have already begun to notice. While most of the names are kept under wraps in order to protect their privacy, Youtube/Professional Fight Sensations Jake and Logan Paul have made their penthouse purchases public. Given E11even’s proximity to the newly-named Kaseya Arena where the Miami Heat have their home court, combined with the night club’s popularity with rappers such as Drake, CardiB, Offset, and Anuel, we expect there are plenty of names from both the team rosters as well as from the Billboard Hot 100 charts that will soon share the same address.

The first tower of the development is currently under construction, with completion expected in late 2025. E11even Residences Beyond has recently opened sales and has options available ranging from $300,000 studios to $30 million penthouses.
