Elysee Miami, the newest luxury pre-construction condo development located in Edgewater along Biscayne Bay, is officially set to launch sales of its exquisite luxury condo residences tomorrow!

Sales will officially launch for the 57-story tower tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. at the Elysee Miami launch party. The party is VIP invite only and will be held at the newly unveiled sales gallery.

Although Elysee Miami sales have not yet officially launched, the boutique luxury tower is already 20% reserved.

Elysee Miami will only consist of 100 (1/2 floor) bespoke residences offering expansive layouts, 10-foot ceilings, gourmet Italian kitchens, spa-like bathrooms and 8′-10’-deep terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay.
