I had an extraordinary opportunity to become the very first, and only broker to ever take a construction tour of Elysee, the newest ultra-luxe condo tower under construction in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. On my tour, I captured some really great view photos from the 27th floor to show you what the views will actually look like from the condo units. How is it possible that every unit has a water view….Elysee only offers 2 units per floor, so each unit is a flow-through residence which means that every single condo in the project will have direct-water views with the Miami Beach skyline in the distance, just like these photos. Currently, construction is on the 36th floor. With a going rate of one floor per week, the developer is estimating for a November 2019 top off and closings are estimated to begin in June 2020.
