Leading up to their expected groundbreaking this summer, EDITION Miami Residences in Edgewater invited a handful of select brokers to a private dinner preview. The dinner was hosted at Klaw Miami, located near the construction site. We were very honored to be in attendance and receive the exclusive updates.

Klaw Miami is located in the historic Miami Women’s Club at 1737 North Bayshore Drive. The building is a very special historic space dating back to 1926 and the menu is a thoughtfully-presented combination of chilled seafood selections and elegant steaks. It is divine. In attendance at the presentation were Jay Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman Florida, Taylor Collins, Managing Partner of Two Roads Development, and Michell Quinoa, Vice President of Sales Operations at Two Roads Development.

What We Learned

Two Roads Development is in fact in the midst of finalizing the site and has launched sales in a lavish $10 million sales office nearby. As we reported last month, they have received approval from Miami’s Urban Review Design Board. Passed with flying colors. This is an incredibly exciting project. The reservations have gone into contracts and sales are continuing at a brisk pace. A construction permit has been filed and as long as everything continues as planned, groundbreaking can take place this summer. The developers are confident that this goal will be met.

About The Project

To be constructed at 2121 North Bayshore Drive, on a waterfront lot that borders the Edgewater District with Bayshore, EDITION Miami Edgewater Residences will feature 55-floors and 185-residences in a thoughtfully designed tower by Arquitectonica’s Bernardo Fort-Brescia. Studio Munge has taken over for the interiors to deliver an elegant living experience that offers all of the services of an EDITION Hotel, however there are no hotel rooms in the tower for added privacy.

The condos feature one to four bedroom layouts from 1,952 to 3,815 square feet with semi-private elevators and dramatic bay views. Penthouse details will be revealed at a later date, but preliminary information indicates they will go up to 8,500 square feet with rooftop terraces that have private pools and gardens.

The development site’s 800 linear feet of waterfront space connects directly with Margaret Pace Park, making morning or evening strolls seamless. There are 6 Michelin starred restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as world-class shopping outposts in the Miami Design District, Miami Worldcenter and Brickell City Centre.

Prices at EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater begin at $1.8 million and venture up to $8 million for a 4-bedroom layout overlooking the Biscayne Bay.
