Grove at Grand Bay is soon to be Coconut Grove’s newest luxury condo development located on the prestigious street of South Bayshore Drive. Grove at Grand Bay will consist of two, ultra-luxury condo towers offering 96 exquisite condo residences.
As we described in an earlier article, Terra Group, the development team known for the gorgeous 900 Biscayne Bay condos in Downtown Miami, amongst other luxury condos in Miami, broke ground on Grove at Grand Bay in the summer of 2013.
