The Caribbean is a luxury condo development that is comprised of two oceanfront condo buildings in Miami Beach, Florida. The North Tower has 7 floors and was originally designed and built by Murray Dixon in the early 1940’s and consists of 36 condo residences. This building was completely renovated in 2006 when the construction began on the new addition to the project the South Tower, a 19-story condo building with 68 units designed by acclaimed architect Kobi Karp, which was completed in 2008. In total, The Caribbean offers 104 luxury condos that have 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant windows, European-style kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, in-unit washers/dryers and private balconies with stunning ocean, bay and city views.
