My team member, Rafael Montejo, and I just toured the actual building of Brickell Heights, hence the hardhats, with my clients from Switzerland this past Saturday. After visiting many projects in Miami, with the intention of purchasing a condo as a second home, they see Brickell Heights as #1 on their list. I was able to use my relationship with the developer to coordinate an exclusive tour of the actual building (currently under construction), even though they have never let any other outside broker tour the project before I, and my clients, had the honor! My clients were overly impressed with the building and narrowed it down to 2 units, one of them being a penthouse residence.
