I had a closing this morning at Millecento Residences in Brickell and completed a walk-through of the unit as well as the amenities. I want to share some of the photos that I took of the building and the amenities including the lobby, the afternoon pool located on the 9th floor, the rooftop pool with stunning bay and city views and the club room (Club Citta). I could not take pictures of all of the amenities such as the fitness center, rooftop club room (Club Cielo), movie theater or the children’s playroom because they are not completely set up at this time. Closings began yesterday on condo units at Millecento, so the building amenities are not yet 100% finished.
Furthermore, closings only began yesterday, and my client’s closing today was only the 9th to close so far out of the 382 total units in the building. Over the next few weeks, I predict that many of the Millecento condo units will be coming on the market for resale. Many pre-construction condo buyers are going to take advantage of the built-in equity they have gained during construction. Some buyers purchased units as low as $390-$400 per square foot and can sell today at as much as $600 per square foot or more, depending on floor, unit design and build-out.
