The hautest new luxury condo development in Downtown Miami, One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid, is rapidly progressing and new renderings of the project have been released.
The 62-story luxury tower will be the first building in the United States to use a glass-fiber reinforced concrete shell as the permanent frame for its innovative exoskeleton. And, the exoskeleton piece for the northeast exterior façade has already been shipped from Dubai, which is planned to be installed early this new year.
One Thousand Museum is estimated for completion in 2017, with only a limited number of the 83 luxury residences still available.
