Well known as NBA superstar Kevin Durant’s former Miami pad, Penthouse 6307 at 900 Biscayne Bay is completely decked out to the nines in designer furniture and complete with a $300,000 audio/visual system.

The tenant is local. He owns a home on Palm Island that is currently going through a major remodel, and he didn’t want to deal with the noise and dust. After visiting PH6307, he immediately made my client an offer that was accepted for a term of 3 months. This was exactly what we were hoping for. See, the current lease will make the unit available again just before Art Basel Miami (December 3-6, 2015), which is the unofficial start of “High Season” for Miami. PH6307 will be available for lease fully furnished just in time for Art Basel 2015, if you, or someone you know, are interested in leasing it short or long term.

Downtown Miami Luxury Condo Rental Stats

So far in 2015, there were only 2 other condo rentals in Downtown Miami that posted $10k plus rents, Penthouse 6307 (6307 seems to be a magic number) at Marquis rented for $12,500 on 03/01/2015 and Penthouse 4607 at Ten Museum Park rented for $11,000 on 05/01/2015.

There have previously only ever been 4 luxury rentals at $15k or above in Downtown Miami. 2 of those 4 were also at 900 Biscayne Bay…PH6307 now makes 3. In fact, the previous record was PH6207 at 900 Biscayne Bay (directly underneath PH6307) which tied with unit 4403 at Ten Museum Park at $17,500 and rented in 02/2012 and 06/2014 respectively.
