Developers of One Thousand Museum condos, 1000 Biscayne Tower, LLC, officially closed on the purchase of the site located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
According to Curbed Miami, site preparations of One Thousand Museum condo development will begin immediately, and the actual construction will begin in the fall of this year.
